Global Broadcasts

  Please Note: To ensure accuracy in your target audience as well as reporting; never reuse / resend a broadcast that has a status of Completed.

 

  • Global Broadcast appear at the top of the Instant Customer screen.
  • Broadcast created from the Global Broadcast screens will not display on the campaign level broadcast tab.
  • Select either SMS / Text, Email or Voicemails, to view a global list of all the broadcasts, across all campaigns.

  • You can add a new broadcast or hover over an existing broadcasts to view more commands.
  • Campaign specific broadcast display on the Campaign Broadcast tab.
