Add Text Notification
From Campaign Dashboard: Edit > Notifications > Text Notification tab
- Type in the mobile phone number. Please note: Instant Customer formats the number as 1-NPA-NXX-XXXX, where the number 1 is the long-distance trunk access code and the NPA is the area code.
- Select checkbox next to the type of notifications you would like to receive.
- Click Add this Mobile button.
- Repeat the process for as many additional mobile numbers as you wish. Please note: You can select different types of notifications for each mobile phone number.
- Click Save and Exit.
