Content Mode vs. Layout Mode - IB v3.0

Content Mode vs. Layout Mode - IB v3.0

Layout Mode

Creating a website layout is the positioning of multiple rows and columns which contain various elements (text, images, forms, etc) to make a web page. Most websites format their pages in a well-structured manner for better readability similar to a magazine or newspaper.

Content Mode

Web content is king! It is the reason that people come to your website. There are, essentially, two major types of Web content:  text and multimedia. Text
is the written content that's on the page (headlines, calls to action). Multimedia is any content that is not text (images, videos).
