Use Instant Customer's inbuilt teleprompter and Instant Recorder
Please note: The Instant Recorder is flashed based so if your flash is out of date there may be an issue. Please make sure you are on the latest version. We also recommend using a browser such as Chrome or Firefox as Internet Explorer tends to have issues.
Record from Greeting tab
- Select option " Record a file using Instant Customer's inbuilt teleprompter and Instant Recorder"
- Click button Launch Instant Recorder
The Instant Recorder screen appears.
Use Instant Customer's inbuilt teleprompter and Instant Recorder to record your message from here or cancel and go back
Edit the text you wish to roll in the teleprompter on the Edit Text tab.
- Return to the Teleprompter tab to begin recording.
Troubleshooting the Teleprompter Instant Recorder
There are a few possible thing that may cause the Teleprompter/Instant Recorder to not work properly.
1. Flash is outdated, try updating your flash player.
2. There was a prior denial to allowing flash player to access your microphone - clearing cookies out of your browser would alleviate this problem.
3. Your microphone is muted or the recording level is very low - If you are on a Windows based PC you can check this through the sound settings on your control panel.
4. You browser is Internet Explorer.
