Remove a phone number from a campaign:
1. Go to Campaign > Edit> Opt-in Channels > SMS / Voice tab
2. Number assigned to this campaign: Click the Remove button
3. Instant Customer automatically selects "Use Instant Customer's shared default number" .
4. Click Save and Exit
Once a number is removed from the campaign, it still remains with your account. View the number from Manage > Phone Numbers. The number can be allocated to a different campaign or deleted.
Monthly charges incur until the number is deleted from Manage > Phone Numbers screen.
