Edit or Change SMS Confirmation Message

  • You have 40 characters within the SMS Confirmation Message that can be customized.
  • Edit>  Opt-In Channels > SMS/Voice > scroll down to SMS Confirmation Campaign Name, and enter up to 40 characters to customize your SMS Confirmation Message. 
  • The rest of the message cannot be altered.

An example confirmation message:

Text Msg: To receive messages from (name), respond "AGREE" to opt-in. Messages and data rates may apply, 6 msg / week.
