Export Subscribers

 

To export subscribers from a campaign, go to the campaign dashboard > Subscribers tab and click either Active or View All >

Now scroll down to the bottom of the page and find Export Subscribers in Tab-delimited Format > Click the Export Now button.

When prompted Save As the subscribers.csv, comma-separated values (CSV),  file to your computer. CSV files can be opened with a spreadsheet program or inserted into a database.

bulb_dim.png  Please Note:  All data on the site is encoded in the web-standard UTF-8 format. When you open your exported file in an external program, some characters may look scrambled. If this is the case, your application may be trying to interpret the file using an encoding other than UTF-8. Try telling your application to open the file in UTF-8 format. Doing so causes your application to show the characters correctly.
