Remove a Phone Number from a Campaign

Remove a phone number from a campaign:

1.  Go to Campaign > EditOpt-in Channels SMS / Voice tab
2.  Number assigned to this campaign:  Click the Remove button

3.  Instant Customer automatically selects "Use Instant Customer's shared default number" .

4.  Click Save and Exit

 

 

 

bulb_dim.png  Once a number is removed from the campaign, it still remains with your account.  View the number from Manage > Phone Numbers.  The number can be allocated to a different campaign or deleted.  

bulb_dim.pngMonthly charges incur until the number is deleted from Manage > Phone Numbers screen.
