Voice Transcriptions - Voicemails - Listen to Voice Message - Voicemails

Voice Transcriptions work with local, toll-free and shared (with pin) numbers.

A best practice in receiving voice transcriptions is to set your Notifications to New Subscribers & Attach Audio.  The voice messages can be emailed and/or text message to you.

Notifications

1.  From Campaign Dashboard Edit > Notifications > Email Notifications tab and/or Text Notifications.

2.  Input your email address into the field.

3.  Click New Subscriber checkbox.

4.  Click Attach Audio checkbox.

5.  Click "Add this Email" and/or "Add this Mobile" button.

6.  Save & Exit

 

 

 

 

View Transcriptions / Voicemail Links

You can also find Voicemail Transcription / Voicemail Links Success in your campaign Activity Log.  

1.  Select the link in the Client/Recipient column (blue arrow) to see the Subscriber/Client details.

2.  From the Client Info tab scroll down to view:

  • Voicemail/SMS/Email Transcript  
  • Voicemail Links For This Campaign
  • Links to voicemails that this client left for other campaigns

3.  Click on the link (blue arrow points to this below) Listen to voicemail to hear the message.

An alternate method to retrieve voice transcriptions is to go into subscriber profile.

1.  Hover over Subscriber name > Edit > Client Info tab.

2.  From the Client Info tab scroll down to view:

  • Voicemail/SMS/Email Transcript  
  • Voicemail Links For This Campaign
  • Links to voicemails that this client left for other campaigns
