Delete Phone Number
Removing a phone number from the campaign does not remove it from your Instant Customer account. Monthly phone charges continue until the number is deleted.
You must first remove a phone number from a campaign before you can delete it from the Manage Phone Numbers screen.
- From the Manage area at top of the screen.
- Select Phone Numbers
- Hover over the number you wish to remove.
- An Edit and Delete button appear.
- Click the Delete button.
