Search Activity Log

Search Activity Log 

  1. From your Instant Customer home page, select Activity Log from the MANAGE menu at the top of the page.seach_log.png
  2. Click Search on the black toolbar.
  3. Enter in a desired Date Range in (YYYY-MM-DD) format.  The default date range is the current month.
  4. For information on a particular Campaign and/or Message, select the option from the drop down list.
  5. Now select Type of activity log entry and/or Status if desired.
  6. You can also use the ID field.
  7. Now select Search button.
  8. The resulting report is sorted by date and time.
  9. To clear search parameters select Reset button.
