Distributing our existing blog content....punished for duplicate content?

In our experience, Google sees duplicate content when you submit the exact same article with the same keywords to the SAME site more than once. If you are the author and you are using the same content and keywords and linking it to the same page to DIFFERENT submission sites they DO NOT consider it duplicate content. Caveat: some people want to change the author name and submit the same content and same keywords to different sites or to the same site. DON'T DO IT.....Google will consider that plagiarism and will usually eliminate you if you weren't the first author.
